Top-ups aren't refundable to your card, but wallet credits may be issued for technical failures within the first 2 minutes.

Wallet recharges are non-refundable to the original payment method. However, wallet credits may be issued for genuine technical issues — such as a disconnection within the first 2 minutes of a session or a server-side problem.
- Raise the request within 24 hours of the consultation.
- Use the Support section or email info@youmat.in.
- Include the session details and what went wrong.
