When a counsellor is online, you can start an instant session in chat, voice, or video. Your wallet is billed per minute of active time, and you can end the session whenever you like.
Prefer a set time? Book an appointment and join from your appointments list when it starts.
You need enough balance for at least 5 minutes at the counsellor's rate to begin.
